Privacy notice

Last updated 16 October 2026

This notice explains how Pride Nav Ltd (company number 17211137), trading as Allo (allo.care), uses personal information. We are the controller of the information described here. It covers everyone Allo touches: the person who sets Allo up and pays, the parent Allo rings, the family members who receive updates, people on our waitlist and visitors to allo.care.

The short version: the full call belongs to your parent. Your family receives only what your parent approved, word for word, for the people they chose.

What we collect

If you set Allo up: your first and last name, what your parent calls you if you tell us, your email address and time zone, and a login to your Allo account, which we create with your email when you continue to payment; what Allo should call your parent, their relationship to you, their phone number, country and time zone; the call day, time and first call date you choose; and anything you tell us about them to help the first calls go well, such as topics they enjoy or things to handle gently.

Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your billing name, email, the type and last four digits of your card and your payment history. We never see or store your full card number.

If you are the parent: recordings and transcripts of your calls with Allo; short notes Allo keeps between calls so it remembers your stories (names, places, what you talked about last time); the messages you approve for sharing, word for word, with who you chose and when; and a log of each call attempt.

If you receive updates: your name and email address, and your replies, suggested questions and voice notes.

Waitlist: your email address, the country Allo would ring and, if you chose one, the relationship.

Everyone: messages you send us, and basic technical information our website host records when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.

Website visits: we use PostHog, an analytics service, to count visits and see which pages and steps people use. We run it without cookies or storing anything on your device, and it doesn’t record what you type or identify you by name. If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad’s campaign details in the link (such as utm_campaign or fbclid) are saved with your order, so we know which ads work. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, through Google Tag Manager, to see how people move through the site: which pages they visit, where they click and scroll, and recordings of visits with anything typed, and all the words on the setup form, hidden. They are never used on payment confirmations. You can change your choice anytime with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Health and other sensitive details

Your parent may talk about their health, how they are feeling or other personal matters. This is special category information under data protection law. We use it only to hold the conversation, to remember it for the next call if your parent wishes, and to share what your parent approves. We rely on your parent’s explicit consent, which they give on the first call and for each item they share, and can withdraw at any time.

Allo does not draw conclusions about anyone’s health or mood, and does not add its own assessments to updates.

Who sees what

RecordWho sees it
Approved updates, story clips your parent chose to share in their own voice, replies, voice notes and a log of whether each call happenedThe family members your parent chose, each only the items approved for them
Full call recordings and transcriptsYour parent, on request. Never the person who pays or other family members
Allo’s notes between callsAllo, to continue the conversation. Your parent can ask what Allo remembers, or ask it to forget
Consent, approvals, call attempts and safety eventsOur team, for support, safety and proof of consent

The family does not see how long calls lasted. Our team reads a private transcript only for safety, at your parent’s request, or to check the quality of Allo’s conversations, and every such access is logged.

AI and model training

Allo is an AI. During a call, your parent’s words are turned into text, a language model writes Allo’s reply and a speech service speaks it. After the call, a language model updates Allo’s notes. Updates are always your parent’s exact approved words, not rewritten by AI.

We do not use recordings or transcripts to train AI models unless your parent separately opts in. Our AI providers process the information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it to train their own models.

We make no decisions about anyone with legal or similarly significant effects by automated means alone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers who help us run Allo, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

  • Twilio: phone calls and phone numbers
  • Google Cloud (Vertex AI): the language model, and hosting for our call service
  • ElevenLabs: Allo’s voice
  • A speech-to-text provider that turns speech into text during calls
  • Supabase: our database and file storage
  • Stripe: payments
  • Resend: email
  • PostHog: website statistics, run without cookies
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity): website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
  • Our website hosting provider

We may share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s life or safety, or if our business is sold, in which case this notice continues to apply. We never sell personal information and never use it for advertising.
